HONESTY AND ETHICS

The loss of the moral and social values, the lack of order and justice is an evil that gives way to corruption.

The health of a State and a living being depends on the correct functioning of its defense system which keeps at bay and in perfect equilibrium the population of certain agents that may endanger the health of both.

In a country there will always be people or groups with behaviors similar to certain pathogens. However, the State also has government agencies which serve as the immunological system in charge of supervising, controlling and overseeing the management of public money and national assets to prevent corruption, illegalities, deviations and undue use of the money and wealth of the nation.
